DRIVE BCBy Train
VIA Rail passes through Houston several times a week on the route from Prince George to Prince Rupert. The rail station is located adjacent to the Visitor Centre.
VIA RAIL CANADABy Bus
BC Bus North services between Prince Rupert, Prince George, Dawson Creek, Fort St John, Fort Nelson, Valemount, and many communities in between. They stop in Houston at the A&W, right across from the Visitor Centre.
BC BUS NORTHStaying in Houston and need a way to get around to the other neighbouring towns? BC Transit buses run from Smithers to Burns Lake multiple times on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, stopping in Houston at the Leisure Facility.
BC TRANSITBy Plane
The Smithers Regional Airport, located 70 kms west of Houston, services Smithers and the surrounding regions with daily flights to Vancouver and Prince Rupert through Air Canada and Central Mountain Air.
